American West #1 For Building Permits In Las Vegas

For the week ending January 28, 2015, American West is number one in building permit value for the Las Vegas Metro Area according to Construction Monitor – The Ultimate Construction Lead Source. Construction Monitor is the industry source for accurate, timely and complete building permit information in the United States.

The Year-to-Date numbers show American West as number four in the number of permits pulled for Single Family Builders in Las Vegas. Lennar Homes is number one, DR Horton number two and Ryland Homes number three. Lennar is currently selling at 20 communities in Las Vegas, DR Horton at 19 communities and Ryland at 16 communities. American West is selling at 9 communities in the Las Vegas Valley, a smaller number of actual communities than the other 3 which means that we are pulling more permits per community than the other 3 national builders.
